Opportunities using estate and advance care planning tools is a proprietary course cum workshop specially developed to equip participants with basic knowledge of estate and advance care planning in Singapore and how they can leverage on such knowledge and create opportunities to enhance their financial advisory or financial planning work.

This is a unique course that incorporates tried and tested methods. It is a practical course developed with many years of actual experience on the ground and having dealt with more than 30,000 satisfied clients and spoken to many more at numerous events.

This course is developed for busy financial advisory, financial planning, banking, and wealth planning professionals, who actually desires additional tools in their tool bag that they can use with their clients and enhance their expertise and know-how.

Throughout this interactive course / workshop, the trainer will share real-life case studies to illustrate estate and advance care planning concepts and many conversation pieces that the participants can use with their clients. The trainer will also share the questions that participants may be asked by their clients on estate and advance care planning related matters and the answers which they can offer to their clients, and how they can overcome objections should they encounter them.

Once the participants have completed the course / workshop, the participants should have a broad overview of the practical advantages that they can get from knowing estate and advance care planning. In turn, these advantages can help complement their financial advisory and financial planning work and put them in a position to offer a more holistic advice to their clients.

Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to use the different conversation pieces related to estate and advance care planning to start conversations or fact-find with their clients. This course is opened to all registered and licensed Financial Advisors and Consultants, bankers, investment professionals, family office professionals, lawyers, accountants, and real estate salespersons.

Course Fee:

Course fee per participant is S$800, which covers the course materials. (Please note that the annual fee for being an Affiliate is not covered under the subsidy.)

This course is recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
Please note that in no way does this represent an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and course. Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the course and its relevance to his/her business activities or job roles.

The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS provides 30% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to a cap of S$500 per candidate per course subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

This course is opened to all licensed Financial Advisors and Consultants, bankers, investment professionals, family office professionals, lawyers, accountants, and real estate salespersons.
Attend 1 day of Wills and Advance Care Planning training. We share relevant knowledge and case studies from our direct experience.There will be a 1 hour assessment included. Candidates will have to pass the assessment to properly qualify as an Affiliate. We will then show you how and what to share with your clients.

Patrick Tan TEP is the Founder and CEO of Fortis Law Corporation.
